On November 15, 2021 President Biden signed into law the Congressional Transportation Bill, BIL Act.  Tribes around the country worked together, through the ATTWG, ITA & NCAI, who approached Congress to include a number of Tribal Transportation, Transit & Infrastructure elements into the Bill.
